Special Education records to be destroyed
In keeping with state and federal regulations on confidentiality, school officials plan
to destroy special education records of students belonging to the graduating class of 2019 and others of students who attended the schools of Regional School District One but did not graduate.
Confidential records are destroyed six years after they become irrelevant to the provision of educational services or after graduation. The destruction is scheduled to take place on June 30, 2025.
