2025 International Trips overview

Thank you to those of you who attended our informational meeting on the 2025 international trips. If you were unable to attend but are still interested in traveling with us next year, you will find the slides from our presentation and a recording of the meeting attached to this email. 

Remember, enrolling by January 31st saves you $200 from your total balance.

Returning EF travelers automatically have an additional $100 off of their total balance.

If you experience any difficulties enrolling, please let us know. You will receive a notification that you were put on a waitlist; this is normal. 

There are approximately 30 student spots for Italy/Germany and 25 student spots for Thailand, so enroll quickly to guarantee your place on tour.

 2025 Trips: Travel Club Informational Meeting
 2025 International Trips – Informational Meeting
FUND RAISING MEETING:
On behalf of the HVRHS International Travel Club, and Northwest Corner: Students Without Borders, we would like to invite you to our first fundraising meeting for student trips to Italy/Germany and Thailand in 2025. At the meeting we’ll be discussing our 6th annual Wine Dinner and Auction at the White Hart, scheduled for September 2024. Over the past two years at this event we’ve raised over $100,000, so you don’t want to miss out!
This meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 28 at 7:00 PM in room 133 (after the Iceland pre-departure meeting).
 
Note: Students must be enrolled on either the Italy/Germany or Thailand trip to participate in our fundraising efforts. Please come speak with us if you’d like to sign up!
