STUDENT CAFETERIA ACCOUNTS
Every student has an account with the cafeteria that is created using their student ID number (located in Powerschool). We encourage you to use the online Lunchtime Portal (see above). Parents may put any amount they prefer on their student’s account.
Students also have the option to bring cash or checks to the High School Main Office before 10:00 am (after 10:00 am funds will be put on the next school day). Checks should be made payable to HVRHS. We can not accept credit cards directly at school, only through the online Lunchtime Portal. Lunch account balances can be checked at the Main Office or through the online portal.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you use the online Lunchtime Portal to add funds to your student’s cafeteria account please be sure to disable credit card auto refill payments during the summer and when your student graduates. Students will NOT be denied lunch if their accounts balances fall into the negative. If this happens we will reach out to the Parent/Guardian to make arrangements for reimbursement to the school. Please contact the high school if you have any questions or concerns regarding school meals.
